Welded steel pipe ,also called welded pipe, is made of steel plate or strip steel by formability 

and welding. Welded pipe is characterized as simple technology, high production efficiency, 

various specifications and low equipment investment, but its normal strength is lower than 

that of seamless steel pipe.     

According to applications,welded pipe is classified as common welded pipe, galvanized 

welded pipe, wire conduit, pipe for deep well pump,automobile tube, transformer pipe,

thin-walled pipe for electric welding, shaped tube for welding,scaffold pipe,spiral welded 

pipe,etc..
